Chapel Hill Rams Rec Lacrosse Program!

4 session series

Chapel Hill Rams Lacrosse is an introduction program to get lacrosse sticks into our littlest laxers hands. The 4 week session will focus heavily on all basic skills (cradling, ground balls, catching, throwing, shooting, dodging). Our goal is to instill passion, excitement and fun for the game of lacrosse. Each player will receive a swag item!

Training Dates:

September 12, 19, 26 & Oct. 3

Time: 9:00am-10:00am

Location: Scroggs Field (501 Kildaire St. Chapel Hill, NC)

Equipment needed: stick, mouthguard, goggles, water bottle (we will have limited sticks available if you do not have one)
